🛠️How to Install:

Tools Needed: Heat gun or blow dryer, padded glove or felt-tip squeegee

Step-by-Step Installation:

1. Rinse the entire turn signal and reverse light surface with 70% isopropyl alcohol or water/soap to remove all debris before application.

2. Dry the turn signal and reverse light surface completely to ensure there is no dust or residue left in the surface or in the crevices.

3. Peel the reverse light overlay and align the pointier edge (pointing towards the middle of the vehicle / RAV4 emblem). Once aligned the rest should fall into place, but make sure the top of the overlay matches the top of the reverse light.
   

   1. Once you have aligned the overlay the rest will fall into place. Tack down the edge that is pointy and adjust the overlay as you swipe from the inner of the overlay to the outside of the trunk. Use your free hand to guide the overlay whereas your dominant hand to swipe slowly, pushing all air bubbles towards the closest edge until the entire overlay is laid flat.
      

   2. After you have met the desired placement move on to the next overlay piece.
      
      
4. Peel off the Turn Signal overlay first before the bump. Or you can do it vice versa, but it may be easier to install the turn signal overlay first as you will have a better placement of where the bump should be after the turn signal tint is installed.
   
   
   1. Once peeled, lay the turn signal overlay on the edge that is pointing towards the outside of the vehicle, the portion that is closest to the rear wheel.
      
   2. Align the overlay at the edge, ensuring the top of the overlay matches the top of the turn signal. Tack down the edge and swipe from the outer towards the inner of the overlay (toward the reverse light). Do not pull this overlay as it is perfectly cut to fit around the turn signal bump, if pulled, your overlay may deform and may not fit around the bump correctly.
      
   3. Push all air bubbles towards the closest edge until it is laid flat. Next peel off the turn signal bump and align it with the sloped edge first. 
      NOTE THIS BUMP Overlay is made LARGER to wrap around the entire bump.
      
      
   4. Align the narrow edge onto the sloped (ramp edge) to the turn signal overlay that is already laid, tack it down on the ramps flat surface. Then use a heat-gun to slowly conform the overlay hang onto the rest of the bump. 
      
      
   5. Hold the overlay about 2-3 inches away and heat up the bump until you see it slowly wrapping around the bump. DO NOT HEAT for more than 3 seconds at a time. After 3 seconds, use your finger to slowly and evenly push the overlay down towards the already LAID turn signal overlay, ensuring the bump is fully covered. If you are having trouble with wrinkles, lift it up the overlay hang, re-heat it following the steps above and try again.
      
      
   6. After both the bump and turn signal are fully laid, follow step 5 below.
      
      

5. Once everything is laid out to your desired outcome, follow the steps below to ensure longevity and adhesion.

6. Post-heat the vinyl: Use a heat gun or blow dryer to remove small bubbles and activate the adhesive for stronger bonding.

7. If bubbles remain, press firmly with your finger or squeegee and swipe them out toward the closest edge.

8. If you make a mistake, gently peel off the overlay right away and reapply. Add light heat to remove wrinkles.

9. Important:  Light Smoke, Dark Smoked, Blue Smoked overlays include a PET liner that must be removed after installation. Cherry Red and Dark Red may be easier to install with water/soap, however, if you are adept in installing overlays it may not be needed.

📌 Reminder: Always post-heat the vinyl after installation. This activates the glue and ensures maximum adhesion.
