🛠️How to Install:

For Best Results
Tools Needed: Heat gun or blow dryer, padded glove or felt-tip squeegee 

Step-by-Step Installation:

1. Rinse the entire side mirror application area with water/soap, or a 70% isopropyl alcohol spray.

2. Dry the surface completely to ensure there is no dust or residue on the surface or in the crevices.
   

3. Peel off the overlay from the backing and align the edge where the side mirror meets the turn signal in the middle of the overlay. Lay that corner first and either work on the side that moves inward towards the car or the tail that flows with the top of the turn signal.
   
   
4. Once aligned, tack down the overlay on one edge and slowly lay the rest from one side to the other, adjusting as you see fit. 
   
   
5. Once tacked down and laid onto the surface, smooth down the overlay with a felt-tip squeegee or your fingers. 
   
   
6. For the curvature of the side mirror (area that is pointing toward the car), you may need to slightly pull the overlay and smooth it down with your finger to follow the curve. This will allow the overlay to sit more flush and not wrinkle upon the curve. Use a slight amount of heat to make it more malleable.
   

7. Once everything is laid out to your desired outcome, follow the steps below to ensure longevity and adhesion.

8. Post-heat the vinyl: Use a heat gun or blow dryer to remove small bubbles and activate the adhesive for stronger bonding.

9. If bubbles remain, press firmly with your finger or squeegee and swipe them out toward the closest edge.

10. If you make a mistake, gently peel off the overlay right away and reapply. Add light heat to remove wrinkles.

📌 Reminder: Always post-heat the vinyl after installation. This activates the glue and ensures maximum adhesion.
