How to Install Headlight DRL Pre-cut Overlay Tint for CR-V

For Best Results

Tools: Heat Gun or Blow Dyer / Padded Glove or Felt Tip Squeegee

1. Rinse / Soap your Headlight DRL's Light to remove debris/dust before application
2. Peel off headlight DRL Tint.
3. Note: if you mess up placement, peel off the overlay with ease. DO NOT heat up the overlay until the desired placement has been met.
4. Align the overlay at the edge that is closest to the fender (DRL's only cover the clear portion of the DRL and not the black outline). 
5. Once the edge is aligned adjust so the rest will fall into place.
6. Use your free hand to guide the tail of the overlay so it lays just at the inner curve and at the edge of the DRL near the silver chrome or the black chrome trim that extends into the headlight.
7. Once lined up the rest should fall into place, adjust as needed depending on how you lined it up
8. The DRL tint will wrap around the DRL bumps/grooves to ensure a overall coverage.
9. Once laid, the DRL should look at or close too the pictures shown on this product listing.
10. Once desired placement is met follow the below instructions.
11. If you have a blow dryer or heat gun, use it to get rid of any tiny bubbles and improve adhesion
12. If there are bubbles make sure you press firmly with your finger and swipe it toward the closest edge
13. If you mess up, you can peel it off right away with no hassle, and add some heat to get rid of the wrinkles, wait till it cools down then re-apply.
    
14. REMEMBER TO POST-HEAT the vinyl after laying to DESIRED PLACEMENT, this will activate the glue behind the overlay which will enhance tackiness.
15. NOTE: Smoked and Light Smoke have PET liner, must be peeled off after install for a complete super gloss finish.
