How to Install 2026+ Prelude DRL + Amber Delete:

For Best Results
Tools Needed: Heat gun or blow dryer, padded glove or felt-tip squeegee
Install Level:

Step-by-Step Installation:

1. Rinse / Soap or use 70% Isopropyl Alcohol Spray on your entire Headlight surface to get rid of dust and debris.
   
2. Wipe dry and make sure no loose threads are left on the surface.
3. Peel off Amber Delete
   1. Align the Amber delete just under the DRL tint or you can align it on top of the black outline that sits on the bottom of the DRL. 
   2. Once aligned, the rest should fall into place. Check to make sure the Amber is covered from most angles. It may still show from the very front or the top. But it should be minuscule. 
   3. Remember to smooth down the entire overlay, ensuring there are no bubbles. If there is a bubble, swipe it towards the nearest edge, and it should disappear.
   4. After the desired placement is met, post-heat the overlay to activate the glue and ensure longevity. Remove the thin plastic sheet that sits on top of the overlay.
4. Note: if you mess up placement, peel off the overlay with ease. DO NOT heat up the overlay until the desired placement has been met.
   
5. Lay the overlay and adjust until the desired placement is met.
6. Once the placement is met, PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW FOR ADHESION
7. If you have a blow dryer or heat gun, use it to get rid of any tiny bubbles and improve adhesion
8. If there are bubbles, make sure you press firmly with your finger and swipe it toward the closest edge
9. If you mess up, you can peel it off right away with no hassle, and add some heat to get rid of the wrinkles.
10. ** REMEMBER TO POST-HEAT** the vinyl after laying, this will activate the glue behind the overlay, which will enhance tackiness.
