• ** NOTE ** Not Actual Headlight Amber Delete Replacement. This product is an overlay that covers the existing headlight amber with a vinyl tint that sticks onto the headlight.

How to Install

For Best Results

Tools: Heat Gun or Blow Dryer / Padded Glove or Felt Tip Squeegee

1. Rinse / Soap your Headlight Ambers to get rid of debris before application
2. Peel off one piece of the tint at a time.
3. Note: If you mess up placement, peel off the overlay with ease. DO NOT heat up the overlay until the desired placement has been met.
4. Whichever piece you decide to peel and stick on first, align the edge that is closest to the back of the DRL and just below the DRL at eye-level, the bottom of the overlay should sit just above the black line that surrounds the entire headlight.
   
5. Once aligned at the DRL back edge/bottom of DRL and headlight black line, the rest should fall into place.
6. Note* The overlay will wrap around the CURVATURE of the headlight to maximize the most of the amber delete in different angles, however you may still see it from the top when standing.
7. Lay the flat portion first that faces toward you, once that is laid with no bubbles, you should have some hang on the edges of the headlight that wrap around the curve.
8. Begin laying the portion that turns into the headlight first. The wrap around should closely match the black line on the headlight - use a circular motion to massage the overlay onto the headlight and move upward towards the curve of the overlay and keep massaging in a circle till it is flat and no bubbles are trapped.
   
9. Refer to the 2nd picture on the listing to see how the overlay should sit.
10. As you guide the overlay, use your other free hand to lay and swipe the overlay onto the headlight, by pushing out any bubbles towards the closest edge.
11. Once laid the rest of the overlay should fall into place.
    
12. Once the placement is met, PLEASE FOLLOW THE BELOW INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADHESION
13. If you have a blow dryer or heat gun, use it to get rid of any tiny bubbles and improve adhesion
14. If there are bubbles, make sure you press firmly with your finger and swipe it toward the closest edge
15. If you mess up, you can peel it off right away with no hassle, and add some heat to get rid of the wrinkles.
16. ** REMEMBER TO POST-HEAT** the vinyl after laying, this will activate the glue behind the overlay which will enhance tackiness.
17. NOTE:  Gloss Black and Light Smoke has PET liner, which must be peeled off after install for a complete super gloss finish, Dark Smoke may sometimes have it.
